CYBERMINDZ ("we," "our," or "us") operates the CYBERMINDZ PRO Keyboard mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our keyboard application.

1. Information We Collect

            Important: All keyboard input data is stored locally on your device. We do NOT collect, transmit, or store your keystrokes, typed text, or any personal information on our servers. Your typing data never leaves your device.
        

Device Information

We may automatically collect certain device information when you use the app, including:

Device model and operating system version
App version and crash reports
Device language and region settings

Firebase Analytics

We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous app usage data (screens viewed, features used, app performance). This data is collected by Google and is not linked to your personal identity. You can opt out of Firebase Analytics collection in your device settings.

Voice Typing

If you use the voice typing feature, the RECORD_AUDIO permission is used to capture your voice. Voice data is processed locally via Android's built-in SpeechRecognizer and is never stored or transmitted by our app.

Advertising

Our free app displays advertisements through Appodeal mediation. Ad serving partners may automatically collect certain information to deliver relevant ads, including:

Advertising ID (can be reset or disabled in device settings)
Device type and operating system
Network information
General location (country/region level only)
App usage data (which ads were shown and interacted with)

Premium Subscriptions

If you purchase a premium subscription, payment processing is handled entirely by Google Play Store. We do not have access to your payment information, credit card details, or Google account credentials.

INTERNET — for displaying ads
RECORD_AUDIO — for voice typing (data processed locally, never stored)
SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW — used only when floating keyboard mode is enabled
VIBRATE — for keypress feedback

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

Provide and maintain keyboard functionality
Improve word predictions and typing suggestions
Display advertisements (free version only)
Detect and prevent fraud and abuse
Improve app performance and user experience

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored locally on your device using the following security measures:

AES-256 encryption for clipboard history data
EncryptedSharedPreferences for sensitive settings
No cloud storage — all data remains on your device
Device-only access — no remote servers access your data

4. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information only in the following cases:

Advertising partners: Advertising-related data as described above (Appodeal, AppLovin, Unity, Meta, InMobi, Mintegral, DT Exchange, BidMachine, Start.io, Amazon, Bigo Ads, Vungle, IronSource, Chartboost, Smaato, Moloco, MobileFuse, MyTarget, Ogury, PubMatic, TaurusX, Verve, Yandex)
Analytics: Firebase Analytics collects anonymous app usage data (screens viewed, features used) — not linked to personal identity
Legal requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights
Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

5. Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

Reset Advertising ID: Go to Settings > Privacy > Ads > Reset Advertising ID
Opt out of personalized ads: Go to Settings > Privacy > Ads > Delete advertising ID
Clear all data: Use the "Clear Data" options in app settings, or uninstall the app
Disable clipboard history: Toggle off in Advanced Settings
Request data deletion: Contact us at the email below

6. GDPR Rights (European Economic Area, UK, Switzerland)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom (UK), or Switzerland, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

Right of Access: You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Right to Rectification: You have the right to request correction of any inaccurate personal data.
Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): You have the right to request deletion of your personal data, subject to certain legal exceptions.
Right to Restrict Processing: You have the right to request that we limit how we process your personal data.
Right to Data Portability: You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.
Right to Object: You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data, including for advertising purposes.
Right to Withdraw Consent: Where we rely on your consent to process data, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. You can manage your ad consent through the app's Privacy Settings or by reinstalling the app.
Right to Lodge a Complaint: You have the right to file a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

7. CCPA Rights (California Residents)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) grants you the following rights:

Right to Know: You have the right to request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources of collection, the business purposes for collection, and the third parties with whom we share it.
Right to Delete: You have the right to request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions.
Right to Opt-Out of Sale: We do NOT sell your personal information. We will never sell your personal data to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration.
Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights. You will receive the same service regardless of whether you exercise your privacy rights.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data as follows:

Keyboard input data: Stored locally on your device only. Deleted when you uninstall the app or use the "Clear Data" option in app settings.
App settings and preferences: Stored locally on your device. Deleted when you uninstall the app.
Advertising data: Retained by our advertising partners (Appodeal, AppLovin, Unity, etc.) according to their own retention policies. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in device settings at any time.
Firebase Analytics data: Retained by Google according to the Firebase data retention policy (default: 14 months). You can opt out in device settings.
Voice typing data: Processed in real-time and immediately discarded. Never stored.

When you uninstall the app, all locally stored data is permanently deleted from your device.

9. Children's Privacy

Our app is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete it.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
