Welcome to CYBERMINDZ PRO Keyboard. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile keyboard application ("App") operated by CYBERMINDZ Software Company ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By installing or using the CYBERMINDZ PRO Keyboard application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

All purchases and refunds are handled by Google Play Store according to Google's refund policy. generally, you can request a refund within 48 hours of purchase through the Google Play Store.

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CYBERMINDZ Software Company and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you create or customize within the App, including custom keyboard layouts, themes, and settings. We do not claim ownership over your user-generated content.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CYBERMINDZ Software Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CYBERMINDZ Software Company from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Keyboard layouts, themes, UI elements, and settings are subject to change. We may add, modify, or remove features at any time without prior notice. Premium themes and backgrounds may be updated or replaced. Customization options may change between app versions. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Ads help us keep PRO Keyboard free for everyone. You can remove all ads permanently with Remove Ads for just $4.99 — a one-time purchase. Premium subscribers also get full access to all themes.
Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and other legal policies may be updated at any time. Policy updates will be announced on the official website: cybermindz.netlify.app. It is your responsibility to review policies periodically for changes. Continued use after policy changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
